Smooth Size 7

Was honestly nervous about trying this, but the smooth finish made insertion way easier than I expected. The neodymium core gives it a bit of weight that feels grounding rather than awkward. Size 7 ended up being the right fit for my PT routine.

The set includes multiple sizes, which made it easy to progress at my own pace without feeling rushed. The largest one still feels manageable thanks to the smooth surface, and I like that it's designed for actual pelvic therapy rather than just being a novelty. Definitely helped me relax during sess

I was nervous about starting pelvic floor therapy at home, but the smooth surface of this size 7 felt far less intimidating than I expected. It’s firm yet gives just enough, and the neodymium weight adds a gentle, calming pressure that makes the relaxation exercises feel more intentional.
