The magnetic pull is noticeable right away, and having several sizes in the set makes it easy to progress at my own pace without rushing. It’s become a calm, consistent part of my evening routine, and I feel more connected to my body after each session.
My physical therapist suggested pelvic floor work, and these have made the routine feel less like a chore. The neodymium magnets add a gentle sensation that’s hard to describe, but the sizing is spot on and it’s well-made for the price.
The magnets are strong enough that I can feel them doing something, but I'm not convinced they're doing more than a regular set would. The sizing is fine for starting out, though the case feels a bit flimsy for the price.
