I've been taking these softgels with breakfast for about a month and they go down easy with no fishy aftertaste. The bottle is compact enough to keep on the kitchen counter without taking up space. It's a simple addition to my morning routine and I'll be reordering.
The softgels are a decent size, so no trouble swallowing them, and the 90-count bottle lasts me the full three months. I've noticed my joints feel less stiff in the mornings since I started taking this with breakfast.
The 90-count bottle fits perfectly on my counter without taking up too much space, and the softgels are easy to swallow even with my morning routine. I've been taking one daily after breakfast for a couple weeks now and it's become a seamless part of my day.
