80 estudios completos que validan el uso de la espectroscopía de reflexión en tejidos vivos para la medición de carotenoides
Un método validado para determinar aspectos significativos de la salud humana.
The finger scan takes about a minute and now it's part of my morning routine before I even pour coffee. I like that the carotenoid reading is backed by 80 full-length studies instead of just vague claims, so I actually trust what the app shows me.
I was skeptical about the carotenoid reading at first, but after eating more greens for a few weeks the numbers actually crept up, which surprised me. Having 80 full-length studies behind the reflection spectroscopy gives me more confidence than I expected from a gadget like this.
I was skeptical about the carotenoid readings at first, but after two weeks of scanning before and after changing my diet, the numbers actually moved. Having 80 full-length studies behind the reflection spectroscopy gives me confidence it's not just a gimmick.
