The finger scan takes about a minute and now it's part of my morning routine before I even pour coffee. I like that the carotenoid reading is backed by 80 full-length studies instead of just vague claims, so I actually trust what the app shows me.
I was skeptical about the carotenoid reading at first, but after eating more greens for a few weeks the numbers actually crept up, which surprised me. Having 80 full-length studies behind the reflection spectroscopy gives me more confidence than I expected from a gadget like this.
I was skeptical about the carotenoid readings at first, but after two weeks of scanning before and after changing my diet, the numbers actually moved. Having 80 full-length studies behind the reflection spectroscopy gives me confidence it's not just a gimmick.
